We have a particular expertise in business card systems, and we are the sole manufacturer of the Case Card system – your business cards bound into wallets, clean and ready when you need them. Carfax Cards Ltd was registered in the UK in 1927, and has been in the same family ownership ever since. |

We do not store Financial records such as credit or debit card numbers. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. The information we collect will only be used by Carfax Cards Limited. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will endeavour to keep the information we hold about you up to date. | Delivery Policy | |||
| Carfax will print your stationery to order, and we undertake to despatch them within seven working days of receiving your order. Unless otherwise agreed, our product prices exclude the cost of delivery. It is our policy to use only tracked delivery systems, and the cost of the delivery will depend on the size of the order, the urgency, and the destination country. | Refunds, returns and cancellation policy | |||
| Carfax is dedicated to exceptional service and product quality. However, since your goods are personalised, we cannot offer to refund or replace them. But if we have made an error in supplying your goods, we will replace them promptly. Complaints must be made within 30 days of delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. It may be possible to cancel an order before completion, in which case you will be liable for the costs incurred until that point. If full payment has been made for the goods, Carfax will refund the difference by cheque. |
